HOWTO start :

This Lang_Editor is a localisation editor for VSO-Software tools. IT supports
all languages, including far east (asian)

To start a new translation :
* Select the product you want to translate (you have a drop-down list)
* At the top of the window, select the new language you want to provide
* Click on the "<- New language" button. A new line with the choosen
  new language shall appear in the list box at the left side of the window
* Select the appropriate language to translate in the list box
* Enter the translation informations - The translator name and email appear in
  the translation choice listbox (unless mentionned)
* You can provide a national flag for the translation. Its size is 40*28, in BMP
* Click on "Edit all the text" button to start the translation
* Once done, click on "Save the changes" to save
